Hallen Construction Company has installed miles of transmission cable
on projects which have included welded steel pipe for oil cooled cable,
fused HDPE pipe and direct burial cable. These installations also require
large manholes that allow for cable pulling and splicing.
Hallen has worked with the major electrical suppliers in the region for many years on projects involving distribution and transmission lines. Hallen crews have installed street light conduits and residential electrical services. In addition to the service installations, Hallen has completed many conduit and manhole installation projects. These projects range from a few blocks to many miles. Most of these projects have been completed in the metropolitan area where underground installations can be a major challenge. In many cases, these projects require field constructed vaults or manholes. The types of conduits installed are concrete duct, PVC pipe, HDPE, and steel.
