Hallen furnished all labor, material and equipment to remove existing gas regulators and piping. The scope included the replacement of existing meter tube, the removal of existing scrubbers and the replacement with one (1) new scrubber, the removal of an underground condensate tank and its replacement, and the removal of the existing drip blow off tank and other yard piping. In addition, Hallen received, unloaded and set three (3) new heaters and concrete foundations, installed and later removed temporary 24" bypass piping and a temporary scrubber, installed new yard piping, valves and fittings.
