April, 2007 - Ken Biondi Promotion

The management at Hallen is pleased to announce the promotion of Ken Biondi to the position of Assistant Vice President of Estimating and Engineering.

In this capacity, Mr. Biondi has responsibilities for the project and construction management for the contracts he is assigned that include the costs, safety, schedule, productivity, and quality of performance to complete the work at hand. Additionally, he has responsibilities for the preparation of cost estimates, change orders, task orders, proposal writing, and schedule preparation for bids and projects in the utility, construction and environmental industry.

With more than 39 years of project management and estimating experience in the general construction and utility construction fields, Mr. Biondi is highly qualified to assume his new position.

2007 - Hallen’s 80 Years

The management at Hallen Construction is proud to announce the celebration of Hallen’s 80th year anniversary.

The management of Hallen Construction recently announced the formation of Hallen Environmental Services, an independent company established to provide a dedicated staff and focus for environmental site clean-up projects. As a privately-held remediation and environmental site services firm, Hallen Environmental Services (HES) delivers its full strategic and tactical support, including administrative and site staff, equipment and other resources to accomplish nearly any remediation and hazardous waste cleanup service.
 
Hallen’s commitment to full-service construction is expanded with the formation of HES. The use of HES by Hallen clients provides a reliable, cost-effective and safe solution to many environmental remediation concerns.
