Hallen has worked with many city and state bridge rehabilitation contractors. Many of these projects require maintaining a very tight schedule and keeping the traffic flowing. The bridges can be over active highways, railroads, or waterways. Installations include natural gas transmission mains, electrical conduits, water mains, and telecommunication conduits.
